Tsunami (Special Provisions) Act (No. 16 of 2005) - Sect 27

Interpretation

27. Unless the context otherwise requires, for the purposes of this Act- "child" means a person under eighteen years of Age ;"Medical Practitioner" means a Medical Practitioner registered under a Medical Ordinance ( Chapter 105) ' and "young person" means a person who has attained eighteen years but under twenty-one years of age.
