| 26. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires " Chairman " means the Chairman of the Board, nominated under section 7 (2) ; " Sri Lanka Tea Board " means the Sri Lanka Tea Board established by the Sri Lanka Tea Board Law, No. 14 of 1975 ; and the expressions ''made tea", "tea", "tea factory" and "tea plant" shall have the respective meanings assigned to them by the Tea Control Act, No. 51 of 1957. |
