| 10. The right, title and interest of a certificate holder to or in the certificate shall not be assigned, donated, hypothecated, sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of, and any such assignment, donation, hypothecation, sale, transfer or disposition shall for all purposes be null and void: Provided, however, that nothing in the preceding provisions of this section shall affect or prejudice, or be deemed to affect or prejudice, the operation of any provision of section 12 or of section 13. |
