4.
| (1) The Superintendent shall maintain a register setting out the serial number and denominational value of each certificate issued by him, the full name and address of the person to whom it is issued and such other particulars as the Superintendent may consider necessary for the purposes of this Act. |

| (2) The registered holder of a certificate issued under this Act is hereafter in this Act referred to as a "certificate holder ". |
