Turnover Tax (Amendment) Act (No. 43 of 1990) - Sect 7

Amendment of section 59 of the principal enactment

7. Section 59 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after the definition of " authorized representative ", of the following definition : '" bank" means a licensed commercial bank within the meaning of the Banking Act, No. 30 of 1988;'.
