Turnover Tax Act (No. 69 of 1981) - Sect 55

Prosecution to be with the sanction, of the Commissioner-General

55. No prosecution in respect of all offence under section 51, section 52 or section 53 shall be commenced except at the instance, or with the sanction, of the Commissioner-General.
