Tobacco Tax (Amendment) Act (No. 9 of 2004) - Sect 9

Amendment of section 24 of the principal enactment

9. Section 24 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after the definition of the expression "beedi", of the following new definition :- " "beedi tobacco" means tobacco used for manufacturing beedi;".
