Universities (Amendment) Act (No. 24 of 1988) - Sect 4

Amendment of section 147 of the principal enactment

4. Section 147 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the definition of " Degree Awarding Institute", of the following new definition '" Degree Awarding Institute " means any institution recognized under the provisions of section 25A ;"'.
