10. Section 20 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :
| (1) by the addition, immediately after paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of that section, of the following new paragraph :
| | (c) Upon the receipt of a report by the Commission in compliance with an order made under paragraph (a), the Minister may direct the Commission to take such remedial action as he may consider necessary with reference to any of the activities or the administration of the Higher Educational Institution concerned. | (2) by the substitution, in subsection (3) of that section, for the words national policy, he may direct ", of the words" national policy, or is likely to dislocate the functioning of such Institution, he may direct". |
