Universities (Amendment) Act (No. 7 of 1985) - Sect 13

Amendment of section 26 of the principal enactment

13. Section 26 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :-
(1) by the substitution, for the words" Open University Order and University College Order shall be published", of the words" Open University Order, University College Order, Institute for Higher Learning Order and Degree Awarding Institute Order shall be published"; and
(2) by the substitution, in the marginal note to that section for the expression" 23 and 24" of the expression "23,24,24A and 25A ".
