Universities (Amendment) Act (No. 7 of 1985) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 4 of Act No.16 of 1978

2. Section 4 of the Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978 (herein after referred to as the "principal enactment") is hereby amend by the repeal of subsection (1) of that section and the substitution therefore, of the following subsection:
"(1) The Commission shall consist of a Chairman, a Vice Chairman and five other members, all of whom shall be appointed by the President.".
