Universities (Amendment) Act (No. 7 of 1985) - Sect 4

Amendment of section 6 of the principal enactment

4. Section 6 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the rep al of subsections (1) and (2) of that section and the substitution therefore, of the following subsections :
" (1) The Chairman of the Commission shall preside at all meetings of the Commission. In the absence of the Chairman from any meeting of the Commission, the Vice Chairman shall preside at such meeting.
(2) The quorum for a meeting of the Commission shall be four members.".
