Universities (Amendment) Act (No. 7 of 1985) - Sect 65

Amendment of section 120 of the principal enactment

65. Section 120 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section by the substitution, for subparagraph (a) of paragraph (ii) of that subsection, of the following sub-paragraph :
(a) "competent authority", there shall be substituted the following definition :
