Universities (Amendment) Act (No. 7 of 1985) - Sect 68

Amendment of section 122 of the principal enactment

68. Section 122 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :
(1) by the substitution for the words" the Commission and the Appeals Board ", of the words" the Commission, the Specified Authority and the Appeals Board"; and
(2) by the substitution in the marginal note to that section, for the words" of Commission and Appeals Board of the words "of Commission, Specified Authority, Appeals Board", and
