77. Section 147 of the principal enactment is hereby amended Amendment of as follows : section 141 of the principal
| (1) by the insertion immediately after the definition of enactment. |

| (2) by the substitution, for the definition of " Higher Educational Institution," of the following definition : |
|
| (3) by the substitution, in the definition of" Rule" therein for the words cc the Appeals Board or an Authority ", of the words "the Appeals Board, Specified Authority, or an Authority "; |
|
| (4) by the insertion, immediately after the definition of "Rule" of the following new definition : |
|
| (5) by the omission of the definitions of "administrative staff", co non-academic staff" "Other employee" and Statute" appearing in that section. |
