| | (a) sections 14, 15 or 16 of the Sale of Goods Ordinance; | | |
| | (b) sections 4(2), 4(3), 4(4) or 4 (5) of the Consumer Credit Act, No. 29 of 1982, | | |

| (3) A contract term which purports to exclude or restrict or has the effect of excluding or restricting ,as against a person dealing otherwise than as consumer, liability for beach of the obligations arising from any of the provisions referred to in subsection (2) shall have effect only in so far as it satisfies the requirements of resanobleness. |
