Urban Development Projects (Special Provisions) Act (No. 2 of 1980) - Sect 6

Powers of Supreme Court not to be affected by section 3

6. Nothing contained in section 3 of this Act shall affect the powers which the Supreme Court may otherwise lawfully exercise in respect of any application made under Article 126 of the Constitution or in the exercise of the jurisdiction referred to in section 4 (1) of this Act.
