University Of Ceylon Act (No. 1 of 1972) - Sect 59

Annual statement of accounts and statistics

59.
(1) The University shall prepare an annual statement of accounts and statistics relating to its activities in such form and manner and containing such particulars as the Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, may specify from time to time.
(2) The books of accounts of the University shall be kept at the office of the University.
(3) The financial year of the University shall be the same as the financial year of the Government.
