Unesco Scholarship Fund Act (No. 44 of 1999) - Sect 11

Exemption of the Fund from certain duties and taxes

11. The Minister in charge of the subject of Education may, with the concurrence of the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance, exempt the Fund from payment of any customs duty on any goods imported In the Fund, if the import of such goods is considered by him to be conducive for the advancement of the objects of the Fund.
