| 81. Notwithstanding anything in the National Security Levy Act No. 52 of 1991 the National Security Levy shall not be charged from any person to whom such Act applies for any quarter or part of a quarter commencing on or after August 1, 2002;Provided however any person to whom the National Security Levy Act, No.52 of 1991 applies, shall furnish a return under that Act for the month of July 2002 notwithstanding anything to the contrary in that Act. |
