Village Councils Law (No. 6 of 1964) - Sect 19

Quorum for election of Chairman. [ 4, 60 of 1938.]

18. No election of a Chairman shall be held at any meeting summoned under section 17, unless there is present a quorum consisting of not less than half the number of members elected to the Council.
