Village Councils Law (No. 6 of 1964) - Sect 39

Use of property and revenue. [ 4, 60 of 1938.]

35. All property vested in a Village Council under the provisions of sections 31, 32 and 33 shall be used or administered, and any revenue derived therefrom shall be employed, by the Village Council for the purposes of this Ordinance.
