Every Order1 made under the provisions of this Part of this Ordinance shall be laid before the Senate and the House of Representatives as soon as conveniently may be, and may, at any time within forty days of its being so laid before the Senate or House of Representatives1, or at any of the three meetings of the Senate or House of Representatives1 next succeeding such date, by resolution of the Senate or House of Representatives be disallowed, but without prejudice to anything that may have been done thereunder. |
