| 3. Where any committee had been appointed for purpose of interim administration of any voluntary organization prior to the date of the commencement of this Act, such committee shall be deemed to have been validly appointed, and all acts done prior to the date of commencement of this Act by any committee so appointed shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the rules of such voluntary organization, be deemed to have been and to be validly done, and every such committee shall from and after the date of the commencement of this Act be deemed to be an Interim Board of Management appointed under section 14A of the principal enactment. |
