Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka Act (No. 12 of 1995) - Sect 16

Staff of the Authority

16.
(1) The Authority may appoint to the staff of the Authority such officers and servants as the Authority may deem necessary for the discharge of its functions.
(2) Subject to the other provisions of this Act, tilt Authority may-
(a) dismiss end exercise disciplinary control of the officers and servants so appointed ;
(b) fix the salary, wages or other remuneration of. suck officers and servants;
(c) determine the terms, and conditions of service of such officers and servants ;
(d) establish and regulate a provident fund or pension scheme for the benefit of such officers and servants. And make contributions to such fund or scheme.
(3) Rules may be made under this Act in respect of all matters- referred to in subsection (2).
