| 26. The Authority or any officer of the Authority authorized in writing in that behalf by the Authority may by notice in writing require any person to furnish to the Authority or to that officer, within such time as may be specified in such notice, all such information within the knowledge, of that person and relating to any matter specified in such notice, as may be necessary to enable the Authority to exercise and discharge its powers and functions under this Act. |
