2. Section 2 of the Wages Boards Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment", is hereby amended as follows : -
| (a) in paragraph (a) of that section, by the substitution, in the definition of " authorized deduction", for the words " made in the prescribed manner ", of the words " made in such manner and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be prescribed " ; and |
