Wages Boards (Amendment) Act (No. 24 of 1966) - Sect 21

Amendment of section 58 of the principal enactment. [ 21, 27 of 1957.]

21. Section 58 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (c) of that section, of the following new paragraph : -
" (cc) prevents or attempts to prevent any other person from answering any question put by a prescribed officer to such other person during an examination of such other person under subsection (1) of section 55 ; or".
