12.
| (1) The Board shall appoint Appeals Committees in accordance with regulations made in that behalf to conduct investigations into the objections or claims received in response to the Notice published under section 11. |

| (2) Every Appeals Committee appointed under subsection (1) shall after such inquiry and investigations as the Committee considers necessary in the circumstances, within thirty days of a matter being referred to them communicate to the Board their decision in respect of the same. |
