| 23. It shall be the duty of the divisional Secretaries to cause the lists of names of persons eligible to receive welfare benefit payments to be updated once every year by the addition or omission therefrom of the names of persons who in relation to the prescribed criteria, in the opinion of the Board become eligible or ineligible to receive welfare benefit payments, as the case may be. |
