Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Act (No. 4 of 1966) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 2 of Chapter 139

2. Section 2 (1) of the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment", is hereby amended, in the definition of " workman ", as follows : -
(1) by the substitution, for the words " four hundred rupees", of the words " five hundred rupees " ; and
(2) by the substitution, in paragraph (b) of that definition, for the words " air forces ;", of the words " air forces other than a person employed in a civilian capacity in any of those forces ;".
