Water Resources Board Act (No. 29 of 1964) - Sect 10

Secretariat to the Board

10.
(1) There shall be a Secretariat to the Board consisting of the officers and servants of the Board.
(2) The Secretariat to the Board shall carry out the functions of the Board, subject to the general direction and control of the Chairman of the Board.
