Water Resources Board Act (No. 29 of 1964) - Sect 2

Establishment of Water Resources Board

2.
(1) There shall be established in accordance with the provisions of this Act a Board which shall be called the Water Resources Board, hereinafter in this Act referred to as " the Board ".
(2) The Board shall, by the name assigned to it, be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, any may sue and be sued in such name.
