(1) It shall be lawful for the Corporation from time to time, at any general meeting of the Corporation and by a simple majority of votes of members present and voting to make rules not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or any other written law for the admission, withdrawal or expulsion of members, for the election of office bearers and members of the Executive Committee, for the performance of the duties of the Executive Committee and various officers, servants and agents of the Corporation, for the procedure to be followed at meetings of the Corporation and the executive committee and the transaction of business at such meetings, and otherwise generally, for the management of the affairs of the Corporation and accomplishment of its objects. |

(2) No rule made under the provisions of subsection (1) shall be amended, altered, rescinded or added to, except by a majority of two thirds of the votes of the members present and voting at a general meeting of the Corporation. |

(3) All rules of the Foundation which were in force on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act shall in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or other written law, be deemed to be rules made under this section. |

(4) The members of the Corporation shall be subject to the rules of the Corporation. |
