| 11. The Director may with the approval of the Minister, by Notification published in the Gazette, invite persons who are not below eighteen years and not above twenty eight years of age to render voluntary service in the Corps as a ranger. The manner of selection of such persons to whom the provisions of this section shall apply shall be prescribed. |
