The seal of the Corporation shall be in the custody of the Honorary General Secretary and it shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever except in the presence of the Honorary General Secretary and either the President or the Honorary Treasurer of the Corporation who shall sign their names to the instrument in taken of their presence, and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness. |
