| 52. The year of the Association shall commence on the first day of July each year and end on the thirtieth day of June in the following year.53. The Association shall have power to make fresh rules, and to add to, vary, amend or cancel any rule already in force, by a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members present and voting at a general meeting of the Association, provided that twenty-eight days notice shall be given of such meeting. 54. Every member of the Association who has made an application in that behalf to the Honorary Secretary at least seven days prior, may inspect any of the books, files or correspondence of the Association, which shall have been specified in such application. |
