Young Men's Buddhist Association, Udunuwara (Incorporation) Act (No. 50 of 1992) - Sect 7

Debts due by and payable to the Association

7. All debts and liabilities of the Association existing on the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation and all debts due to, and subscriptions and contributions payable to , the Association, on that shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
