Establishment of the Board of Governors for Zahira College, Colombo

2.
(1) There shall be established a Board of Governors for Zahira College, Colombo, (hereafter in this Act referred to as " the Board "), in the manner hereinafter provided.
(2) The Board shall, under the style and name of " The Board of Governors of Zahira College, Colombo ", be a body corporate with perpetual succession, may sue and be sued in that name, and shall have full power and authority to use a common seal and alter the same at the pleasure of the Board.
