ARBITRATION ACT (CAP. 387)
Arbitration Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations,
2005
BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of sub-article (13) of article 15 of the Arbitration Act, the Deputy Prime Minister
and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations>–
Citation and commencement.
Amends Part A of the Fourth Schedule.
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Arbitration Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2005, and they shall
be read and construed as one with the Fourth Schedule to the Arbitration Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Fourth Schedule”.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 17th
January, 2005.
2. For subparagraph (d) of paragraph 1.2. of Part A of the Fourth
Schedule there shall be substituted the following>
“(d) the value whereof is not less than five hundred liri and does not exceed five thousand liri.”.
