Amends article 3.2 of the principal

Bye-Laws.

Amends article 3.3 of the principal

Bye-Laws.

Amends article 3.5 of the principal

Bye-Laws.

Amends the Schedule to the principal Bye- Laws.

Adds First Schedule to the principal Bye- Laws.

4. In the second paragraph of article 3.3 of the principal Bye- Laws for the words “one year”, wherever they appear, there shall be substituted the words “two years”.
5. In article 3.5 of the principal Bye-Laws for the word “Schedule”
there shall be substituted the words “Second Schedule”.
6. In the Schedule to these Bye-Laws, immediately before the word “SCHEDULE” there shall be added the word “SECOND”.
7. Immediately before the Second Schedule to these Bye-Laws, as renumbered, there shall be added the following new schedule>
“FIRST SCHEDULE
(Article 3.2)
Sites within the Fgura locality boundary wherein authorization to advertise on street furniture may be granted by the Fgura Local Council
Bastion Street
Hompesch Road
}abbar Road
St. Thomas Street.”.
