Satellite Television Broadcasting Licence
(Empowerment) Order, 2007
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 16A of the Broadcasting Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications hereby empowers the Broadcasting Authority to issue on behalf of Government a licence to the company ‘Modern Investment Company Limited’ (a company registered in Malta under company registration number C37805) to broadcast via satellite a television programme service consisting of remote gaming services.
