BANKING ACT (CAP. 371)Declaration of Bank Holidays

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (3) of article
3 of the Banking Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, after consultation with the Malta Financial Services Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 25th
April, 2011 and the 26th December, 2011 as bank holidays.
