Declaration of Bank Holidays
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (3) of article 3 of the Banking Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, after consultation with the Malta Financial Services Authority and with the Central Bank of Malta, has made the following order>–

Citation.

Bank holidays.

Repeal of L.N. 352 of 2007

.

1. The title of this Order is the Declaration of Bank Holidays.
2. The 24th March 2008, the 26th December 2008 and the 2nd
January 2009 are hereby declared as bank holidays.
3. The Declaration of Bank Holidays, issued by means of Legal Notice 352 of 2007, published on the 9th November 2007, is hereby being repealed.
