CHAPTER 288

BUILDING (PRICE CONTROL) ACT

To make provision for the control of prices in the construction of buildings and for the constitution of the Building Price Control Tribunal.

25th July, 1980

1990, XXIV of 1995 and VI of 2001; and Legal Notices 423 of 2007 and
346 of 2008.

Repealed by Act XII of 2011.
