Commencement Notice
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 26(2) of the Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2003, the Minister of Finance has appointed the 1st January, 2003 as the date when articles 26, 27 and 28 of the said Act relating to the Accountancy Profession Act, Cap. 281, shall come into force.
