BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2005 (ACT NO. II OF 2005)
Notice of coming into force of Part XI
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 49 (2) of the Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2005, the Minister for Tourism and Culture has established the 22nd March, 2005 as the date when the provisions of article 50 in Part XI of the said Act shall come into force.
