Commencement Notice of Part VIII
BY virtue of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 20 of the Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2006 the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment, with the concurrence of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, has established the 1st April, 2006 as the date when all the provisions of Part VIII of the said Act, as relating to the Eco-Contribution Act, have come into force.
