BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2006 (ACT NO. II OF 2006)
Notice of coming into force of Part I
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2(2) of the Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2006, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has established the 7th April, 2006 as the date when all the provisions of Part I of the said Act, amending the Pensions Ordinance, Cap. 93, shall come into force.
