BURIALS ORDINANCE (CAP. 17)Prices Payable For the Acquisition of Graves andGrave Sites Order, 2003.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Burials Ordinance, the Minister of Health , with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs, has made the following order:-

Title.

Price for site.

Price for grave.

1. The title of this order is Prices payable for the Acquisition of

Graves and Grave Sites Order, 2003.

2. The price payable for the acquisition of a grave site shall be twenty-five Liri.3. The price payable for the acquisition of a grave (inclusive of the consideration for the site) at Mellieha Cemetery shall be Lm725.
